How do cookies and analytics work?

The first-party cookie records whether you chose necessary-only or allowed analytics. It lasts for up to 12 months and is used so we do not ask the same question on every visit.

Analytics does not load before consent. If you click “Accept analytics”. You can withdraw that permission by reopening the cookie choice on this page.

05

Who receives the information?

Enquiries are submitted to the StealthForge team. The website does not expose information and does not keep a separate contact database.

  • Authorised StealthForge staff who need the information to respond.
  • Our website host and security infrastructure, where needed to operate and protect the service.
  • Our SMTP and email provider, which transports and stores the resulting business email.
  • An analytics provider only where one is configured and you have consented.

Some service providers as mentioned above may process data. Where that applies, we require an appropriate transfer mechanism and safeguards under data-protection law.

06

How long do we keep it?

  • Enquiry emails: up to 12 months after the last meaningful contact.
  • Project and contractual records: as long as required for delivery, accounting, or legal obligations.
  • Security logs: only for the period reasonably needed to investigate abuse and maintain the service.
  • Cookie preference: up to 12 months, unless you reset it sooner.

We may keep a limited record longer where the law requires it or a legal claim makes it necessary.

07

What can you ask us to do?

Depending on the circumstances and lawful basis, you may ask for access to your information, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to particular uses. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

We may need enough information to confirm your identity and locate the relevant records. We normally respond within one month, although the law allows extensions for some complex requests.

08

How do we protect it?

We use encrypted transport where supported, access controls, input validation, limited operational logging, and dependency maintenance. No internet service can promise absolute security, but we design the contact route to expose as little personal data as practical.

09
